Little Angel Indoor Playground at Horizon Mall JB: Carnival Rides, Unlimited Arcade Play, Indoor Playground in One Ticket

little angel jb

Your kid walks in and sees a huge carousel and a pirate-ship carnival ride spinning right in front of them. Then the arcade machines all around it. Then the indoor playground behind it. Safe to say you are not leaving in 30 minutes, or even 3 hours. Little Angel on Level 2 of Horizon Mall is a mini theme park and a full indoor playground under one roof.

Funseekers’ Verdict: Carnival rides, a full arcade and a proper indoor playground, all on one ticket. The pirate-ship ride and giant carousel are the stars, every arcade game is free to play, and the play areas are huge. Our boys did not want to leave.

Carnival Rides & Huge Carousel

This is the one the boys ran to first. It is a theme-park pirate-ship carnival car ride, and it spins and spins and spins. The best part: the rides are unlimited, so your child can keep going back for as many rounds as they like.

Here is a funny thing. The kids were not at all nauseous. The adults, though? Just watching them go round made us feel dizzy. Get your phone camera ready, because the faces on this ride are priceless.

Then there is the huge carousel. The boys went rounds and rounds on it, and every time they came past us they waved like they had never seen us before. No queue stress, no “last ride” negotiations.

Arcade Machines With Unlimited Play

Surrounding the carnival car ride and the carousel are all the arcades. So the whole middle of the space is one big playground of rides and games.

There are shooting games, driving games, basketball, air hockey and a water shooting game. Here is the best part. Play is unlimited, all the way through, and none of it is restricted by tokens. Everything is covered in the ticket, so you never have to say “no more coins, let’s go”. No tears at the machines, no hunting for the token counter.

Parents, this one is easy. Stand nearby, let them roam from game to game, and you can actually stand and watch instead of fumbling for your wallet.

Full Indoor Playground

Past the arcade you get a full indoor playground. It is the usual indoor playground, but with unique play elements, and huge areas! There is plenty of space to climb, slide and explore without kids bumping into each other.

You get a sand pit, a ball pit, slides and a free-play Lego blocks area. The climbing wall surprised us. It is a proper, tall one, not a token wall.

The sand pit and Lego corner are the slower, calmer options, good for kids who want to sit and build instead of run. So there is a nice mix of active play and quiet play, and your child can switch whenever they feel like it.

One Ticket, Whole Day

One ticket lets your child play for the whole day. You can play, leave for a nap or lunch, then come back for round two. That makes planning a lot easier, because there is no rush to squeeze everything into two hours.

Adjoining Cafe Food

There is an adjoining F&B cafe run by Little Angel themselves, right next to the play area. It is a great spot for parents to chill, rest and have a sip of a drink while the kids play.

Final Thoughts

Fun? Very. Between the carnival rides, the giant carousel, the unlimited arcade and the huge indoor playground, our boys did not want to leave. The all-day ticket makes it easy to split the visit around lunch and a nap. We would definitely go back.

Which would your kid run to first: the pirate-ship carnival ride or the giant carousel?
